Premier Healthcare Services provides in home nursing care to patients throughout California. We are currently seeking a motivated individual to join us at our team as a Home Health Recruiter! HOME HEALTH RECRUITER ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
High volume of outbound calls to nursing professionals
Search for qualified nurses (LVN’s and RN’s) by assessing their skills and experience
Phone screen qualified Clinicians
Assist with data collection and data entry of candidate profiles
Actively search candidates via CareerBuilder, Indeed, Craigslist, and other online job boards
Work in a fast paced environment and with a sense of urgency
Attend career fairs

HOME HEALTH RECRUITER REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
Associate’s Degree a plus
Ability to read, write and speak English proficiently
Spanish speaking a plus
Minimum years of recruitment experience: 1
Medical recruitment experience a plus
Excellent communications skills required
Ability to effectively communicate information and respond to questions
Ability to work with people of diverse backgrounds
Highly organized and ability to work independently and in a team environment
Computer literate with proficiency in web based products and ability to learn new applications easily (will be using various computer applications/software)
Organized / Detail Oriented
Reliable transportation
Familiar with HIPAA compliance & regulations
Able to handle multiple tasks and stay organized
Ability to take the initiative and drive innovation

Our success is largely based on hiring ambitious team members who provide outstanding customer care.

    ON-CALL COORDINATOR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responds to incoming calls to the office after business hours.
  • Responding immediately to messages and missed calls.
  • Immediately notifies Clinical Supervisor, Clinical Director or VP of Clinical Services of any clinically related issue.
  • Communicate with clients when an employee calls off or is running late.
  • Informing appropriate staff of any personnel changes and scheduling needs that arise.
  • Troubleshooting other after-hours issues that arise and delegates appropriately.
  • Keep office staff informed of outstanding issues immediately after normal business hours resume.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Must be able to fulfill essential job function in a consistent state of alertness and safe manner.
  • Follow and comply with all Premier safety rules and practices.
