  • COMPLIANCE COORDINATOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Verifies new employees credentials and runs appropriate background screenings.
  • Protects and honors patient and coworker confidentiality.
  • Performs data entry.
  • Inputs employee information into necessary computer programs.
  • Assist in answering a multi-line phone system.
  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Interacts and communicates effectively with colleagues and all levels of management within corporate and branch offices.
  • Reports to Homecare Manager.
  • COMPLIANCE COORDINATOR QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required, College Degree a PLUS.
  • Proficient in English, Bilingual a PLUS.
  • Home Health experience a PLUS.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, proficient in Word and Excel.
  • Team player, ability to multitask and take on new task.

    JOB DESCRIPTION:
    The Administrative Assistant performs tasks assigned by their supervisor in order to assure the office operates efficiently and productively. As the first point of contact for office visitors, it is important the Administrative Assistant greets and approaches every interaction with a positive and caring attitude.

  • ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Greet all visitors positively and with a smile.
  • Retrieve mail daily and answer all general office correspondence; email, mail and fax.
  • File new/unprocessed timecards in a timely manner in preparation for each payroll cycle.
  • Answer and transfer calls on our multi-line phone system.
  • Assist clients in the office with questions, inquiries, and paperwork.
  • Complete assigned projects in a timely manner.
  • Run inventory of office supplies and place monthly order.
  • Effectively communicate with all levels within the organization.
  • Prioritize tasks from supervisors and managers.
  • Performs other duties as assigned or needed.
  • ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of one year of admin and/or customer service experience within the last four years.
  • Ability to handle high volumes of data entry and paperwork.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; self-driven, motivated and results oriented.
  • Strong analytical and judgment skills.
  • Intermediate computer skills using Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel and Premier’s proprietary.
